Games of Creation is a multi-layered art project evolving across different directions, media, and levels of perception. The project explores processes of emergence — from invisible streams of thought to the formation of visual and narrative structures.
The work unfolds through three main lines of expression:
-
digital color drawings
-
written text — a science fiction narrative
-
monochromatic drawings
At its core lies a speculative sci-fi narrative that reflects on the continuation of the universe through sound and particles. The story develops as a stream of thought: particles reorganize, form shapes, and these shapes gradually transform into symbols — inspired by Devanagari script — suggesting the emergence of language, meaning, and structure.
The project does not follow a linear path but evolves through interconnected layers that continuously expand and transform. Different media act as parallel channels of the same idea — visual, textual, and conceptual.
Part of the work has already been presented on the website and in video format.
This video offers a brief insight into the process behind the evolving monochromatic drawings. It was recorded during an artist residency at Arteles Creative Center in Finland, capturing moments where lines, traces, and forms begin to take shape.
To be “rooted in freedom” means to stand steady in awareness without attachment – balancing between the visible and the invisible.
As a Croatian artist living in Norway, I exist in the intersections of cultures and languages. This tension informs my work, which explores the boundaries of identity, movement, and inner power.
Through painting and digital illustration, I weave with lines – abstract patterns, visual metaphors, and symbolic landscapes that become spaces for grounding, growth, and transformation. Colors and forms vibrate with prāṇa – the conscious life force. I choose abstraction for the freedom it allows: unrestrained forms that let the inner landscape speak without limits.
In many of the works, I use Sanskrit symbols, devanāgrīk. These carry cosmic vibrations from ancient times – sound and form as echoes of the timeless.
My practice is rooted in yogic philosophy and inspired by the teachings of Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, especially his book Hidden Power in Humans, which deepened my understanding of energy and consciousness.
This exhibition continues the themes of Prāṇa – Life Force and Movement, exploring how we may stand in living stillness, move in presence, and let energy carry us without binding.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am Tamara Jan Blažević – Kanchandevi, a Croatian artist living in Norway. I express myself through various media, techniques, and styles.
In the past two years, I have been increasingly focused on abstract expressions. I explore identity, movement, and inner energy through painting and digital illustration. I create abstract patterns and symbolic landscapes that reflect the flow of prāṇa – conscious life energy – and invite reflection and presence. Inspired by yogic philosophy and the teachings of Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, my art seeks to connect the visible with the invisible, offering moments of stillness, growth, and transformation.
