Tamara Jan Blazevic-Kanchandevi is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores consciousness, perception, and the invisible structures through which reality emerges and becomes perceptible.

​

Working across drawing, photography, transparent materials, installation, digital environments, and site-responsive interventions, she investigates the space between potential and manifestation—between what exists, what is perceived, and what is yet to take form.

​

Her researches takes her to the social, natural, architectural and philosophical landscapes and residences in Croatia, Norway, Finland and India, where methods such as drawing, painting, frottage, interaction with natural environments, water, language, voice, and light became part of an expanded artistic process.

 

Rather than treating materials and surroundings as passive elements, her work explores them as active participants in the emergence of meaning.

A central concern in her practice is the relationship between the latent and the revealed. Through traces, vibrations, symbols, fragile transparent surfaces, and shifting contexts, Kanchandevi creates works that question the apparent stability of matter, identity, and reality itself.

Her practice moves fluidly between the physical and the digital, where structures can remain in a state of transformation and potential.

Rather than offering definitive answers, her work creates spaces in which perception can shift, and where reality can be encountered as something unstable, relational, and continuously emerging.
